Founded in 1970 by Richard M. Fischer and Harry N. Rohrbach, Franklin Instrument Company was established to provide quality wall clocks to the U.S. Government through the General Services Administration. Larry Fischer, Richards son, guides Franklin today. Through the years Franklin has expanded its product line, received national recognition and acquired a significant market share. In 1977 Franklin entered the corrective and synchronized clock market utilizing the best European systems available. This line has been upgraded and expanded to include micro-processor controlled programmable master and secondary clocks compatible with most disciplines. The latest design innovation is the "MP Series", a micro-processor based controller. The "MP" is the most flexible time system available. Recent technology offers both Atomic WWVB Radio receivers and GPS Satellite receivers that can be fully integrated to supervise large master time distribution systems or directly control smaller systems with accurate, traceable time. Looking to the future, Franklin is continuing to develop and produce new products. Our goal is to offer world-class instruments for tracking and managing our customers most valuable resource: TIME.

	VP-ADA-021 Wireless Synchronized Tone Generator


		Franklin offers this wireless tone generator as part of its TimeSync Pro series to electronically produce a tone over your existing PA or bell system. The tone generator is fully synchronized with the facility GPS time and follows a precise schedule as programmed into the unit by a local or networked PC. Each VP-ADA-021 receiver unit is programmed to produce up to 8 different tones for up to 48 events each day, according to weekly or monthly programs. The VP-ADA-021 comes with power backup for memory and it will resume its normal schedule activity after power loss situations without the need to reprogram the unit. The VP-ADA-021 comes with a dry contact outputs to activate the PA system or other electronic devices, and one audio output to provide the electronically generated tone to the PA system.
